Lowest Rate Guarantee terms and conditions:
If you find a lower rate for the same room/bed type for Le Pavillon Hotel within 24-hours after your original booking on www.lepavillon.com, we will
not only match the lower rate, we will also offer a 10% discount
off the lowest rate as a reward, upon its verification by Le Pavillon Hotel.
Rooms on the other web site must be publicly available and bookable
on the Internet at the time of verification.
Rates that are not available to the general public, such as AARP,
AAA, government/military rates, and corporate/group/convention
rates, or volume discounters are not eligible for this guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply to opaque sites such as Hotwire.com
and Priceline.com. If changes are made to the reservation after
booking, rate is subject to change to the prevailing rate at
that time.
To exercise this guarantee, you must fill out the Le Pavillon
Lowest Rate Guarantee Form below within 24-hours of booking. You
must also submit a printout from the web site offering the lower
rate. Please fax the accompanying documentation from the lower
rate web site to 504-529-4415
